I led the Sky Zone account, a $1B private equity owned active entertainment brand, from $75M to $150M in EBITDA over four years. Everyone from the Board, CEO, COO and CMO attributed most of this growth to marketing, Increasing the annual marketing budget by 5X, moving from 2% of revenue spent on marketing to 8%. Our agency captured $50M in spend over four years as I managed multiple aspects of their business as their AOR with our team. The account came to an end as a result of change in Management and strategy at a point when we were delivering more revenue than ever before.Additionally, I took smaller accounts from single projects to full scale clients. These accounts delivered millions in new revenue for the agency and I was a major contributor of delivering new revenue during the pandemic while our largest accounts were spending $0. Every account I have managed at Fluid has grown from where it started to become significant for the agency. And I'm proud of the fact that all of our campaigns had a significant impact on our clients bottom line as well.

As the outsourced CMO for this niche supplement brand, I took over the marketing strategy role over when e-commerce sales were below $2k per month and they are now producing $100k in online MRR. A major reason for this success is the launch of a new hydration product that I spearheaded with the CEO and Investor Group. This has been a fun brand to work with and they continue their rapid growth month over month.

Managed $4.6M across five clients. I was the primary account manager for the agencies largest client, VASA Fitness (19th largest gym in the nation), which accounted for the majority of agency revenue. I led VASA Fitness to 41% YoY revenue growth in my final year at the agency (2018; not counting new park revenue). During this time we Increased online sales from 11% to 21% after leading a significant overhaul of their website, which improved from 19 second load speeds to 3 seconds. We opened 11 new clubs and remodeled eight; we ran pre-opening campaigns that successfully filled the parks before opening. We branded and launched a new product, VASA STUDIO, a product that further positioned VASA as an industry leader by redefining the quality that a high-value, low-price gym could offer. We also rebranded their personal training program, revamped the brand standards and re-wrote the brand narrative. VASA Fitness continues to thrive under the branding and strategic direction our team built. They remain the 19th largest gym in the nation according to Club Industry.

I served as the primary contact for my clients, helping them develop strategic marketing plans to achieve maximum results for their advertising efforts. I launched multiple health insurance start-ups: Arches Health Plan, Colorado HealthOP and Enrollment USA. I designed full, omni-channel marketing plans for clients expanding into new states including: New York, Tennessee, Iowa and Ohio. I gained expertise in marketing start-ups, healthcare advertising and the automotive industry.

As account manager I was in charge of acquiring new accounts and leads. I developed and maintained a working relationship with new, and existing customers. I developed and oversaw the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service.
