PIE LeaderJob description:Writing department and team members.Develop department monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual performance target.Manage and coordinate the daily work of the Department, and make a review and improvement of the regular meeting.Support R & D team to complete new product evaluation (Especially TYPE C products). Such as: product design defects, process flow, process risk, product evaluation, BOM, etc.Leading the new project transfer and pilot run of new products and complete the relevant documents. Such as: evaluation and preparation of related equipment, tooling, fixture and personnel, Flow chart, SOP…When the technical problems arising on the production line, The of analyzing and solving, and notify the relevant departments together to be standardized to prevent to happen again.

VS Engineering Leader (Surgical, Diagnostic & Therapeutic Value Stream)Job description:Development of VS engineering department for monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual performance target.Manage and coordinate the daily work of VS Engineering Department, and make regular meetings to review and improve.To assist the Department Manager to control and improve the Department's poor and scrap.
