▪ Check balance of bank statement and credit card statement provided by clients.▪ Allocate the incomes and expenses into account.▪ Batch transfers of the completed account from Microsoft Excel to Quickbooks accounting software.▪ Double entry adjustment with using the Quickbooks.▪ Reconcile the transactions based on the bank statement and credit card statement.▪ Preparation of payroll workpaper and data entry to the payroll system.▪ Preparation of Payroll Tax Form (Form 941) to submit to the federal tax authorities.▪ Preparation of Unemployment Insurance and Withholding of State & Local Tax Form (Form NYS45) to submit to state government.▪ Preparation of sales tax workpaper and Sales Tax Form (ST100) for quarterly sales tax submission.▪ Preparation of Corporate and Partnership Tax Return Form (Form 1120 & 1065) to submit to the Federal, State and Local Tax Authorities.▪ Liaise with the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) officer on tax related issues, i.e. dissolution, refund, EIN information etc.
