I like to work from a methodical approach, but I am pragmatic along the way, in the end it is all about the result.With my technical background (programmer, IT architect, analyst) I can perfectly balance between the wishes and requirements of the business and the software architectural issues of the developers.I like to work with people, I am interested in their way of working en their business. For me, their knowledge is the base for a project, to that I gladly add my wide experience in a coaching style to achieve results together. Where possible, I use the Agile method but I won't hesitate to combine this with waterfall elements, it is whatever the team and the organization feel most comfortable with. Of course, anything can happen in a project, but there are always opportunities to use, the glass is half full.I also like to keep up with modern developments such as change management with ProSci’s ADKAR and the field of Machine Learning.My experiences are from a wide area of assignments from (semi-)governmental till commercial organizations, throughout Europe. Usually as an analyst, with the last decade or so also responsible for the implementation. Projects such as process and requirements engineering for packet selections on CRM and Financial solutions, Cyber Security, product solutions and implementing systems.
