AS3 Companies is a Nordic company supporting individuals and organizations through changes related to the working life. We were founded in 1989, and are thus celebrating our 30th anniversary this year. We operate in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway, and our aim is to ensure that more people enter the changing job markets, less people drop out and everybody contributes at their best.I am an ICF certified coach specialising in executive coaching, leadership development and outplacement. I am responsible for AS3 business in the Tampere region, but I also work with customers in other parts of Finland, especially in the Capital area. As one of the three partners, I am also actively involved in the strategic development of our organisation and business.

In 2016 I started as a full-time employee working for AS3. As an ICF certified coach I specialised in executive coaching, leadership development and outplacement. I was also responsible for AS3 business in the Tampere region and actively involved in the further development of our executive and leadership development services.

I was a member of the Board in ICF Finland, a local chapter of the International Coaching Federation. Our targets were related to the development and visibility of professional coaching across the country.

As the global head of Talent Management, I lead the global Talent Management team as well as a regional network of HRD professionals in further developing and implementing talent acquisition, talent development and talent review related processes, concepts and tools globally. Our shared target was to ensure our Talent Management practices were aligned with and supported Metso's growth strategy globally. I also acted as an internal project manager for the implementation of SuccessFactors tool for Talent Management.

Leading a team of experts with overall responsibility for leadership (specifically academic leadership) development, professional competence development, organizational development, HR communications as well as the well-being of employees. As a member of our HR mgmt team, I also facilitated HR strategy work.
