Develop and improve various processes and controls in response to regulatory and industry changes, managing risk, investments and expenses.- Global Corporate GovernanceClose cooperation with the boards and senior management, responsible for company secretarial compliances and certain corporate and M&A transactions in multiple jurisdictions, basic and deep due diligence procedures.- Project Contracts and International TenderingDrafting and reviewing commercial agreements in various territories under multiple jurisdictions, covering the legal angle of tendering for international design and construction projects, holding legal/contract negotiation trainings.- IPCoordinating all IP needs and IP strategy of the global business by close cooperation with the senior management, technical innovation team and international IP advisors.- LitigationWorking with external lawyers to monitor and track the progress of litigation and regulatory matters, responsible for summaries, investigations, and reports to the board and stakeholders.

Responsible for managing the administration of the legal department, drafting and revising contracts, attending meetings, creating and managing contract database, translating legal documents, personal assistant to Head of Legal.

Responsible for drafting and revising contracts and legal documents, preparing and managing submissions to the Court of Registration and the Land Registry Office, undertaking legal research, supporting due diligence procedures and managing data rooms. Managing time-sheet accounting and expense reports of the practice group and personal assistant to Head of Practice Group.
