One on one interaction with clients affected with HIV/Aids; discussed various topics concerning support resources that the clients may need; discussed HIV treatment, education, self care, basic life skills, problem solving, various relaxation techniques, stress relief, time management, recovery skills and refusal skills. Set in on weekly staff meeting, where peer support progress was discussed.

Ensured that our residential clients received the best care by assisting with finding and making necessary medical appointments; Performed drug screens (UDS); reviewed client treatment plan to assess their stage in the recovery process; assisted in group session for client with substance abuse and mental illness issues; reviewed individual treatment plans, assessment, program guide lines and their discharge plan. Transported clients to outside activities and appointments; apartments inspections and night security checks.

Performed orientation and assessments of Able Body Adults Without Dependent (ABAWD) clients receiving food stamps; developed personal work plan and provided support services as needed; supervised clients in job readiness through education and work experiences placement. Documented all client information utilizing the success software including monthly reports.
