As a Business Advisor, I specialize in implementing inriver PIM and advising companies on how to best set up the system for their needs.Solution design - From customer needs to technical implementationsIn my role, I am regularly running workshops and meetings with clients to provide guidance. I work closely with our Developers and Solution Architects in defining the solution both from a business and technical perspective. I am responsible for creating specifications and defining the scope of work for the features we implement. More often than not, I find myself using pseudocode and investigating code to help clarify the technical requirements for our team.Project ManagementIn my daily work, I am frequently involved in project management-related tasks from planning daily, weekly, and monthly work to following and synchronizing with our development team to ensure that we are on track related to supporting our customers. Continuous Delivery teamOver the last 1.5 years, I have been involved in setting up our Continuous Delivery, where we work closely with customers after the initial implementation process. In this role, I frequently get in touch with different types of companies and I must be able to quickly adapt and change my mindset to meet customer needs. Being involved in setting up this team has been a valuable experience for me. Not only have I had the opportunity to define our team's way of working, but I have also been able to guide and support our team in how to effectively work and cooperate with each other and our customers. Additionally, I have played a significant role in defining the setup of our service management process, from incident management in Zendesk, to our internal task management tool, Jira. The goal has always been to ensure that our team is equipped with the tools we need to support multiple customers over time. Overall, my involvement in the Continuous Delivery team has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.

As a Product Owner E-commerce Assortment, I was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the product assortment for our company's e-commerce platform. In this role, I worked closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our product offerings aligned with our strategic goals and customer needs.One of my key responsibilities was to define the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure that our products were delivered on time and met the highest quality standards. I also managed the product backlog, defined user stories, and worked closely with the development team to ensure that they had the necessary information to build the right features. Throughout the development process, I conducted regular user acceptance testing and worked with the QA team to ensure that the features were of high quality. I was responsible for three specific types of products on our website: Recipe bags, recipes, and regular articles. Furthermore, as part of my role, I was responsible for managing the PIM team, which included four administrators. This team played an important role in ensuring that our product information was accurate, up-to-date, and consistent in our e-commerce channel. I worked closely with the PIM team to ensure that they had the necessary resources and support to do their jobs effectively. Overall, my experience as a Product Owner gave me the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects and to develop my skills in product management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
