Contact: henrik_lund@live.dk Mr. Lund is a highly qualified senior consultant specializing in programme management, programme and project financing, environmental policies, laws and regulations, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and climate change mitigation measures such as Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), Joint Implementation (JI) and the Kyoto Protocol and its flexible mechanisms. He holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Planning, specialization in international environmental regulation, and has 25 years of experience working in the environment and energy sector. Mr. Lund has extensive experience from working with financing of large environmental and energy sector programs at governmental, inter-governmental financial corporation and donor coordination. Mr. Lund has practical experience from setting up an ADB financed Clean Energy Fund in Samoa. Mr. Lund has practical experience from setting up and managing large scale environmental/energy sector funds and was the Danish representative in three Euro 50+ M funds under the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Mr Lund has extensive experience in identifying, negotiating, developing and managing a large number of projects in the environmental and energy sector, and taking them through financial closure, approval procedures, tendering procedures and implementation. He has gained international experience in more than 15 countries. He started his career in the Danish Ministry of Environment where he from the beginning focused on issues related to national and international regulation of the environment and energy sectors drinking water, waste water, waste, dangerous waste, district heating, renewable energy, energy efficiency, clean energy and waste management. Throughout his career, Mr. Lund has worked extensively with institutional capacity building having developed institutions and conducted numerous workshops and training sessions for ministries and governmental bodies.
