Support REIV and its members through research insights regarding the Victorian real estate industry by collating data and information on property market trends with the objective of driving greater stakeholder engagement through data visualisation and customisation.The key responsibilities of REIV Research include:1. Produce and maintain regular research products such as median prices, auction data, days on market, vacancy rates, the Research Bulletin, the Residential Market Index, online dashboards.2. Provide insightful information and analysis of market trends to internal and external stakeholders (including media enquiries and releases).3. Deliver customized reports based on queries from members and the public.4. Collate relevant data from external sources to provide insights on the property market.5. Maintain and improve the data integrity and quality.

Report survey data efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy for internal and external clients, and investigate and develop tools and techniques to achieve efficiency in report production.Key Responsibilities include:1. Transforming/extending/combining raw data from multiple sources into a common format, to produce meaningful data for analysis.2. Developing and producing report automation tools, and output including reports.3. Liaising with Client Services and/or Data Processing staff regarding data queries.4. Creating and maintaining documentation of tasks and processes.5. Checking trends and overlaps on ASTEROID databases and/or reports, against benchmarks (previous waves).
