• Accountable for Group-wide program and campaigns that assure group compliance with, all current and projected legislative, industry, and client standards and best practices, supporting with data-led analysis of performance trends and root causes to ensure continual improvement of our service delivery and statutory obligations, and effective adoption of new, value-add standards as may be required.• Accountable for implementing and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Certification on Brazil Operations, ensuring compliance to Company and rules requirements. Regional responsible for Internal and External Audits process related to Brazil office.

• Responsible for development and review of Project Specific HSE documentation (Bridging Document, HIRA/HAZID, HSE Plan etc) for complex offshore operation project including DP3 Construction/Accommodation Offshore Vessel on Asia.• Responsible for the accident and process related deviation investigation on World-wide Offshore Fleet, focusing on Root Cause determination based on industry best practices (5Ws, Fishbone/Ishikawa and Cause Tree).• Responsible for providing specialist knowledge, support and advice to the Fleet Cell on all matters pertaining to the safety, health, environmental and regulatory issues, ensuring that the vessels always remain compliant and safe worldwide (North America, Africa, Asia and Oceania).• Act as focal point, both internally and externally to the client, for all HSE related activity for the fleet(s) and/or client(s) allocated.

• Responsible for the implementation and continual improvement of the Management System, including periodical verifications of technical/operational procedures and new regulations, in addition to the monitoring of Company's KPIs for Office and Vessels;• Coordinate, perform and monitor internal and external inspections (Office/Ships) in accordance with audit schedule and any additional compliance requirement (ex. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, OVID, Classification Society, Flag State, Port State, Health Regulation Agency and Client), ensuring findings are closed according to root cause analysis and corrective action implementation;• Act as client's technical advisor in risk based management and in their Management System improvement in compliance to mandatory and industry requirements;• Responsible for performing departmental inductions and HSEQ trainings, elaborating and reviewing risk assessments, as well as incident investigation, including root cause analysis and lessons learned;• Member of Emergency Response Team, contributing on the contingency actions for both drill and real scenario situations. Active participation on the development and implementations of control measures and contingency response actions for COVID-19 onboard cases.

PSV Olympic Elena/ PSV Olympic Promoter:• Engaged on onboard daily maintenance via PMS (Planned Maintenance System – TM- Master) and assisting both operational activities and PSV Olympic Elena`s drydocking staying on Mauá Shipyard;• Assisting the periodical surveys for statutory and class certificates, and ISM Code, ISPS Code and MLC inspections performed by the Classification Society (DNV). Also making part of the changing of the vessel's flag (NIS/ BMA/ REB) and of the consecutive ANVISA, Flag State and Port State Control surveys;• Working on the development of the Risk Assessment for offshore operations and enforcement of best market practices aiming comply with the requirements from Petrobras' PEOTRAM (Programa de Excelência em Operações de Transporte Aéreo e Marítimo);• Effective participation on the PEOTRAM's audit carried out in Olympic Maritima Office, contributing for company excellent performance.

• Responsible for inspection services on pressure vessels, boilers and heat exchangers in compliance with NR-13 and standards for mechanical projects as ASME VIII Division 1 and 2;• Working on the development of the strategy for both obtainment and preservation of the client portfolio.

• Working on procurement processes for customized software for Vale worldwide;• Assisting the development of sourcing strategy for Vale's Back Office and ERP categories;• Enforcement of best market practices on contract consolidation, besides of development and management of performance index.

• Working on procurement processes such as technical qualification, negotiation and equalization of commercial proposals for purchase of maintenance service for hydraulic cylinder aiming all Vale's Brazilian operational park;• Assisting the development of procurement strategy for pumps maintenance services, according best market practices, aiming all Vale's Brazilian operational park.
