I am a current student at Lake Forest College with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025 with a degree in Business Management, I have a passion for hospitality particularly in the theme park industry and pushing the boundary on highly themed experiences with top quality service.I am pursuing employment in operational team management with eyes to increase throughput with qualitative and quantitative strategies and applying my knowledge as a team member in previous job experience. My most recent experience has been as an Operational Management Intern for Six Flags Great America where I worked on increasing throughput across the parks rides through challenges and alteration of teams in the pursuit of optimal operations. I also helped integrate a new Flash Pass system (paid skip the line system) in the park and trained team member on the operation of the new system.
