- Provide leadership and oversight to a team of technical program/project managers who use agile practices and the scrum framework for the planning, execution and delivery of products;- Overall responsibility for planning, executing, tracking and managing cost, schedule, and scope for all projects in the portfolio;- Direct project portfolio activities, conduct reviews, and use strong technical and business acumen to manage risk and address escalated impediments;- Enforce consistency and standardize processes across the team and the broader project management organization;- Drive improvements in software development practices/processes within teams and across the organization;- Responsible for coaching and mentoring of local technology leaders on Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices.

- Work alongside our Product team, UX, software engineers and QA in a team to elaborate product requirement, define acceptance criteria, prototype and help design solutions;- Work cross-functionally in an agile environment;- Build elegant, intuitive, and scalable software;- Implement software with appropriate use of software design patterns and best practices;- Implement test fixtures, acceptance tests, and unit tests to drive development; - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality;- Share knowledge and ideas with your team and across Jama.

- Manage support tickets through resolution;- Creating processes and procedures for recurring tasks;- Documentation. If it's not documented, it should be;- Configuration of Routers/Switches/Firewalls (Fortinet);- Provide desktop, and server support;- Management and deployment;- Ensure data integrity by monitoring and configuring;- Provide support for VoIP deployments and ongoing support.

- Provide systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks;- Engage in desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions;- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems;- Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems;- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc;- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problem;- Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process;- Install/load the operating system and application software;- Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance;- Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems, including the transition and migration of corporate systems.
