I am a US and PRC trained lawyer advising multinational corporations on compliance and risk management in a variety of areas, including anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-unfair competition, customs, data breach and cybersecurity, employee misconduct, financial crime, fraud, ESG, whistleblower allegations, and white-collar crime matters.I have conducted complex investigations in a variety of industries (with a focus on healthcare and TMT industries), assess and mitigate compliance risks in M&A transactions, advise on risk assessment and self-reporting and voluntary disclosures, develop and implement country-specific compliance policies and programs, and advise on government investigations.In addition to the compliance work, I also frequently advise multinational clients on dispute resolution matters.
