Hired as Client and Retail Marketing Director and quickly promoted to Director of Australia & New Zealand. Core areas of responsibility included and were not limited to client acquisition, client management (content and retail), retail marketing, business development. For the next four years, I oversaw all aspects of the business and helped grow their combined revenue footprint by over 30% from these markets. As of March 2015, The Orchard became a wholly owned independent subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment and I oversaw the important time prior to Sony's full acquisition through the transition period.The Orchard is a leading music and video distribution company operating in over 40 markets worldwide who empower creators and businesses to grow and adapt in the dynamic global industry.
