Senior Account Coordinator
CurrentThis role involves working with the project and digital teams to manage healthcareprojects. Taking responsibility for delivering tasks and projects to a high standard.Personal duties:• Member of the mental health strategy team, promoting good mental health within our work culture. Includes initiating stress awareness sports challenges to putting on happiness webinars • Support project deliverables including, liaising with clients, organising events, designing and developing materials, conducting research, and developing reports and presentations• Adhering to the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry code of practice and ensuring quality control processes and protocols are met• Accurate linking of references and annotating large documents for online medical review• Managing tasks on multiple projects, presenting weekly project statuscalls to clients• Supporting the account team to identify and pursue new projects and businessopportunities (e.g. Cross-selling or upselling)• Collaborative work across the whole company
