With over 40 years experience in the High Power RF industry, I have been fortunate, over the past 16 years, to guide Microwave Techniques, formerly Mega Industries, along an amazing path to success as a Global Company. Having helped grow the company from 32 people to over 130 through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, Microwave Techniques is now a multinational company with 4 facilities, 2 in Maine, 1 in New Hampshire and 1 in Hamburg, Germany. Revenue, over the same period has increased more than 10X with all facilities reporting positive EBITDA. By creating extremely robust design, manufacturing and inspection processes I paved the way to attain our AS9100 accreditation, which allows us to operate seamlessly in the various markets serviced.
