As a recent graduate of Elon University with degrees in Computer Science and Communication Design, I am excited to bring my skills and passion for backend engineering, data analytics, machine learning, and cybersecurity to a professional setting.My academic journey, complemented by practical experiences during internships and extracurricular activities, has equipped me with a robust skill set and a proactive approach to problem-solving. I founded and led a focused group of Elon students in an innovative project: designing and building an F1-styled electric race car. As the drivetrain team lead, I introduced the SCRUM framework to enhance our project management processes, significantly improving our productivity and innovation.During the past summer, I worked at Numerator, a data analytics firm in Chicago, as a backend engineering intern. I gained hands-on experience completing support tickets, implementing software solutions, writing unit tests, and creating WebSocket notifications to transmit JSON data to the front end. This role deepened my understanding of software development and design, honing my technical and problem-solving abilities.In the summer following my sophomore year, I worked at Wristcam, a California startup, where I immersed myself in marketing analytics. I used Python to prepare detailed reports based on social media data, refining my data analytics skills and gaining valuable insights into marketing strategies.My passion for technology and data-driven solutions has only grown stronger through these experiences.
