Team Leader & Principal Engineer - Future and Export, Brimstone​11/2012 to 10/2013▪ Supported team on bids and proposals for new business opportunities (6 direct & 15 indirect)▪ Worked with multi-functional internal teams such as Performance Modelling, Commercial, Sales and Business & Development Teams as well as different customers such as the UK MOD, RAF Coningsby and QinetiQ.▪ Conducted careful competitor analysis to ensure product / service delivery strategies were positioned to maximize sales, profit and cash▪ Successfully won new orders including the Spiral Development Programme for the UK MOD with a value of circa £20m Team Leader & Principal Engineer - Algorithm Development, Brimstone ​10/2010 to 11/2012▪ Responsible for leading team to complete the definition of algorithms for the missile Flight Control (FC) software and Inertial Navigation System (INS) through development of complex mathematical models of Brimstone 2 missile▪ Managed Brimstone Sea Spear trials programme to validate the new algorithms to allow Brimstone 2 to be launched from a sea platform against Fast Incoming Attack Crafts (FIAC). This trial was successful and provided significant publicity for the new variant of Brimstone▪ During this role I was awarded a prize for the approach taken to integrate the new INS algorithms into the mathematical model which was discussed and agreed by all teams involved and led to a significant cost saving during development, circa £2m

▪ Completion of various projects such as Technical Lead for the Ground Vibration Test (GVT) and flutter analysis on the first AW159 Wildcat helicopter, prediction and optimisation of structural modes of aircraft which was presented at a conference in Paris representing AgustaWestland to representatives from many companies from the engineering industry and analysis of the real-time fatigue damage that accumulated on the first ten flights of the first manufactured American Presidential Aircraft
