Investigated and closed airworthiness issue papers as well as contractor statement of compliance.Developed engineering change proposals, modifications and deviations. Progressed designs through to Incorporation approval, supplies acceptance assurance and service release. Provided support to training implementation for all new capabilities.

Oversaw acquisition, sustainment and configuration management of Defence Aerospace Materiel—this included Ground Support Equipment, Test and Measuring Equipment, Pressure Vessels and, as well as Aircraft Common Spares. Developed design criteria for aeronautical or aerospace products/systems, these included testing methods, production costs, quality standards, environmental standards, and completion dates. Planned and directed developmental, operational and acceptance test and evaluation activities for equipment acquisition verification and validation.Managed system safety for each line item of the Ground Support Equipment product schedule, including investigations into safety incidents, the conduct of risk assessments, and coordination of system safety working groups.Supervised, mentored, and ensured the competency of subordinate engineering and non-technical personnel.
