I am fascinated by computing and networking at the lower levels, where working with individual bits and bytes becomes the norm. There's something incredibly satisfying about having the code you write directly have a physical and electrical influence on separate circuitry, and even more so when you get a bunch of microprocessors all talking to each other! Although not formally trained in electronics, I've got my fair share of knowledge, and am endlessly designing, making, and testing my own little trinkets. I make everything from robots, to rockets, to keyboards!
