As the IT Project Manager, I am responsible for delivering the Telco Improvement project with the objective is to improve internal processes and the seamless execution of client/vendor requirements within the Mobile Telecommunication portfolio. The evolution of the product will see additional capability and critical commercial information being added to the system to further improve users, clients and vendors experience and to give Aurecon a competitive edge in winning further businesses.Part of the Future Ready Program, the organisation has embarked on the journey to deliver an organisational platform to support the ever-increasing demand for better project management and delivery across all parts of the business. My role as the Senior Project Analyst, I support the Program and Project Managers in delivering several Business & Private Banking Programs and Technology Projects with strong focus on transformation and improvement of Customer Experience, Big Data Infrastructure and Technology Uplift.Key responsibilities:• Financial Management – Coordinate Program financial updates with Scrum Masters and other project resources to ensure achievement and accurate capture of planned program costs and benefits. Management of month end financial process. Work with Program accountant to validate program costs and assist in building financial submissions to draw down on slate funding as required• Schedule Management – Actively coordinate project resource and work plans to reflect project progress, change and issue resolutions. Prepare program schedule reporting – variance and milestone reporting.• Risk and Issue Management – Proactively ensure portfolio diligence with raising and maintaining risks and issues within PPM where required.
