I do this by working with senior managers and key stakeholders to build brilliant solutions, factual business cases and make the best use of public-funding My clients are driven by complex business challenges and my passion lies in finding how technology can act as a catalyst for change and improve personal and business performance. I am fortunate to be able to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to quickly understand these challenges, build evidence-based business cases, and set in motion a pathway for change. In each specific case, the results produced have extensive and positive impacts for my customers. I have been lucky enough to work alongside talented mentors and a fantastic team that have provided me with a solid foundation with insights and support.
