I am a senior transfer student at the College of Charleston with a major in biology and a minor in psychology. Both at CofC and in my former studies at the University of South Carolina Honors College, I have taken many classes on an array of diverse subjects, which have led me to my current passions of clinical psychology with a focus on disability inclusion and neurodiversity education.Upon graduating from CofC next year, I plan to pursue a graduate degree and ultimately build a career in the field of mental health counseling, ideally finding internships, teaching positions, and gaining invaluable clinical experience as I work toward my degree.My professional experience to date ranges from various retail positions to leadership in collegiate-level supplemental instruction, resulting in a highly well-rounded skill repertoire with a training emphasis on all levels of instructional and interpersonal communication, adaptive and inclusive problem-solving, and a balanced, creative pragmatism that drives me to contribute new and innovative ideas to every professional setting that allows me the opportunity to do so.
