• Management Information and Data Analytics – Developed financial models and tools for forecasting and engagement reporting in Microsoft Excel using VBA and Power Query. Key deliverables include:• Engagement financial forecasting and capacity planning• Production and automation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders• Development of production targets and performance monitoring tools• Continuous improvement and automation of many engagement functions• Financial Advice Review - Assessed a wide range of complex financial advice pre and post FOFA including personal insurance, retirement strategies e.g. SMSF, super, pension, Defined Benefit schemes, annuities, and investment strategies such as Margin Lending, Structured Products, Direct Equities, etc.• Team Manager – Managed 30 individuals across 3 teams on a large-scale remediation project with a large domestic bank to deliver on ASIC deadlines.• Change Management Champion – Nominated by client to develop and facilitate improvements to existing client processes to foster positive change in the client’s future BAU function.
