- Manage team of 22 direct reports and 100 indirect service personnel of various roles across multiple departments (Project Managers, Engineers, Operations, Systems Support and Field Service) and in various locations across Australia nationally (WA / QLD / VIC / NSW)- Facilitate Low and Medium Voltage Project Management and Engineering: Design, Delivery, Revenue and Profitability of of $40M Electrification Service Business- Manage expectations between all stakeholders to support best outcome for specific deliverables of each project- Ensure transparent vertical and horizontal communication amongst internal ABB teams and colleagues- Maintain and manage compliance and approval of IEC/AS/NZS Standards, SOX controls across all executed projects amongst Project and Engineering Team, by means of continued review of tools and processes, gate models, project reviews and scheduled internal audits in collaboration with Quality and Continuous Improvement Team- Motivate direct and indirect reports by focusing on outcomes, encouraging collaboration, trusting and empowering each team member and project group by taking unique approaches to each case and scenario

- Collaborate with group of 18 team members amongst various roles (Business Development, Sales & Tendering, Project Managers, Engineers, Doc Control, Design Drafters) and 15 in Production Factory to promote and deliver $10m Service Business- Provide Technical Support both internally and externally to various ranges of Low Voltage Products and Systems throughout all stages from front end sales to back end tendering and project execution- Deliver Technical Sales Presentations and Training to internal staff and external customers in collaboration with sales team members- Collaborate with various global counterparts and service groups with relation to securing field / operational resources in anticipation of upcoming major projects

- Apply wide range of Project Management and Execution skills and practices within Low Voltage Systems Service Team- Learning, Training, Developing and Upskilling on industry standards and product knowledge, personal and professional traits in first professional business environment (tools, processes, team building, collaboration, project execution and control)- Contribute, Execute and Deliver an $8m Low Voltage Service Business in excess of 200 projects annually, combination of design and field service commissioning (ABB MNS switchboard engineering, motor / feeder protection and control in accordance with IEC/AS/NZS Standards and Customer specifications)- Manage up to teams of seven indirect reports assigned for field service / operational activities mobilising for specific project deliverables across service business (installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits and extensions). Participated in own site attendance to support customers at various sites across Australia- Build rapport by collaboration and recognition amongst various team members across multiple departments to secure successful delivery at all stages of each project- SAP Systems knowledge for various areas (WBS, bill of materials, project builder, stock overview, purchasing, quality notifications, job status reports, milestone billing reports)Training, development and technical support in below areas:- ABB MNS2/3 Switchgear System- ABB MNSiS Switchgear System- ABB M102 Protection Relays- ABB INSUM / INSUM2 System and Protection Relays- ABB Relion Series Protection Relays- ABB Low Voltage EMAX Air Circuit Breakers- Overall System Communication Integration Support (Modbus and Profibus communication protocols) across various products and systems (ABB and non-ABB)
