I develop adhesive solutions for structural bonding applications in the electronic and assembly markets. My technical expertise includes polyurethanes and UV-acrylic chemistry and hybrids thereof. I am an expert in material formulation, mechanical characterization, and application testing. I assist in product localization and scale-up efforts to ensure products are transferred to different regions consistently with the proper quality protocols in place. I also routinely develop test methods to screen candidate materials against customer driven application requirements.

I develop unique solutions to solve the adhesive challenges of our customers in the electronics and assembly markets. I synthesize and formulate adhesive systems utilizing hot melt moisture cure polyurethane, UV-acrylic and hybrid technologies to achieve the performance required in these demanding applications.

I develop thermoset adhesive products serving the durable assembly and electronic markets. My primary activities include polymer synthesis, formulation, physical property analysis and adhesive performance testing. I routinely collaborate with my global colleagues to provide unique solutions that add value to our customers. I also provide application engineering support to help our customers maximize the adhesive performance in their product.
