• 25+ years experience in a variety of roles in power sector including business development, project deal structuring, project deal strategy, sales and proposal management, contract and commercial management, project management, after sales service, operation and maintenance, engineering consulting as well as general management.• Comprehensive understanding of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Australian, European and Western Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Contractors active in Asia power market. Lead and form strategic partnership with EPC’s for specific transactional bids and strategic collaboration in various countries.• Substantial business network with senior decision makers, major power equipment OEM’s, EPC contractors, consulting engineers, project developers and investors (IPP’s and Utilities), bankers, financial advisors and legal advisors across Asia countries.• Business understanding of power generation financing, construction, operation and maintenance, and economic drivers.• Possess strategic business development experience and aptitude, entrepreneurial attitude, forward thinker, positive and open personality, multicultural sensitivity, relationship building, lead multicultural teams skills, contractual and legal knowledge, conceptual sales skills.
