A skilled mobility planner and traffic engineer, Henry has worked on a variety of projects across a range of geographical areas, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Middle East, and Gibraltar.He specialized in transportation consulting and was heavily involved in a wide range of impact assessments such as new developments, land use shifts, traffic diversion and road closures in Singapore. Some of his key contributions include eight of the twelve North South Corridor Construction packages, Bay East Garden, and the Founders' Memorial.His knowledge of LTA codes of practice and global best practices underscored his ability to work closely with the clients in planning pedestrian and cyclist-friendly connections as well as vehicular connectivity.Through the creation of digital twins, he offers design and operation optimization recommendations for pedestrian flow planning and crowd assessment.
