This position is part of a project for the Glenn Department of Civil Engineering at Clemson University and is sponsored by the SCDOT and the FHWA. The project is focused on enhancing highway safety on curves throughout South Carolina. My responsibilities in this role are to analyze highway curves using tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth to assist in identifying high-risk and accident prone sections and proposing countermeasures to reduce the risk of crashes and fatalities.
