I joined Partisan/KFR as a publicity intern, soon being offered a marketing coordinator role.- Wrote, edited and distributed online promotional content. Maintained web platforms, including; home pages, online stores, social media and streaming pages.- Supported live events; assisting with ticketing, guest listing, promotion in collaboration with promoters, managers, local media and other agencies to raise event awareness and increase ticket sales.- Compiled comprehensive reports on sales history, social media insights/analytics, and new industry initiatives.- Diligent clerical and administrative support; copying, mailing, shipping/tracking, managing release schedules and other tasks as requested.

The Archive of Contemporary Music is the world’s largest collection of popular music. The archive currently houses over 3 million recordings with large new donations arriving every week. Clear communication and collaboration is vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day running.A multi-faceted role that required precise database management alongside strict handling and storing protocols for preserving donations of rare and valuable artifacts. Achievements:- Compiled a data-entry system responsible for logging the specific condition and locations of over 300,000 rare and valuable items within an international shipment. Ensured the organization target of logging and shipping within a 4-week window.- Responsibility for researching and managing the Youtube channel for Cuba Music Week.

Lilian Baylis was an exciting and extremely diverse environment to work in. At this time a third of the students were asylum seekers or refugees and the majority of students spoke English as an additional language. Explicitly clear communication and patience allowed me to facilitate fantastic results for the students.*From 2012-15 I worked here as a peripatetic guitar/bass teacher.Achievements: - Raised attainment of music students to 100% within first year as Head of Music at Lilian Baylis Technology School and maintained until departure. Retained by the school in a consultant role to ensure same success in following years.- Greatly increased student opportunities for extra-curricular activities by building very strong relationships with The Southbank Centre, London Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Proms and Kid’s Company.

Bearded is an online music magazine that specializes in promoting independent music.I joined as a content contributor in 2012 and in February 2015 my role shifted to promoting engagement through the company Twitter feed.As a contributor I used my in-depth knowledge of music scenes and lifestyles to craft engaging content in the form of reviews, features, and interviews with leading pop and rock musicians.I achieved a significant increase in Twitter engagement by employing scheduling software, optimizing keywords, utilizing contests, and continual evaluation of analytics. Achievements:- Since February 2015 I increased average monthly new followers of @beardedmagazine by 272%, average monthly profile views by 93%, and average tweet impressions by 44%.- Fostered new beneficial relationships with multiple music industry contacts (including One Little Indian records, Two Gallants, and Prescription PR). These relationships gained Bearded extra access and advanced promos and other exclusive content.

Altsounds.com was an online music community offering news, reviews, music and videos. The company has since rebranded as a music video curator.My work involved efficiently surveying numerous press releases to create news briefs and augmenting them with images, videos and web links before uploading through an online content management system.

Enrolled on one year Graduate Teacher Programme. Gained Qualified Teacher Status at conclusion.
