I am passionate about helping young gamers achieve their dreams in our ecosystem, and creating new sources of employment and opportunities for them.Thanks to this vision, Bro/Group has become the most loved brand by the youth gamers, and a brotherhood of more than 180 teams from all over Latin America. This was my dream, and I made it possible with my friends. We work in what we love, and we strive to create the best practices in the field. This has led us to be the first Ecuadorian esports company respected and admired by the best in the industry, but that does not matter because we reinvent ourselves every day.
