Our MissionThe Work Meaningful Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization supporting educational initiatives in Africa and the U.S. We’ve provided dual desks, access to clean water, and built new schools through strategic, sustainable efforts. Many of our board members have deep connections to Africa and are passionate about making a difference both there and in the U.S.Our StoryIn 2019, our founder, Justin Jones-Fosu, visited his father’s village in Ghana. After engaging with the local school, Work Meaningful provided 90 dual desks and clean water. The school added “Foundation” to the name, and from there, Justin was inspired to create a lasting impact through the Work Meaningful Foundation.Our FinancesWe’re proud to say that 100% of donations go directly to educational initiatives. Administrative costs are covered by Work Meaningful LLC through a 5% company pledge, ensuring that your contributions make the greatest impact.Current InitiativeOur ambitious goal is to raise and donate more than $1,000,000 annually to support educational initiatives across the continent of Africa and the United States. Currently, we are working in partnership with Akyremade Primary and JHS School in Ghana to enhance the educational experience for students. For the 2023-24 school year, we are focused on building a new middle school, providing adequate learning space for students. Our objective is to give 200-300 students, who are currently not enrolled, access to education. We are committed to making this a reality in the coming years.

My job description is to make myself obsolete in the delivery of our Winning With Accountability™ and Emotional Safety® trainings, in both the classroom and in our e-school(s). While carved out of most delivery, I am responsible and accountable for the perpetual up-leveling of the value we deliver to our clients.
