I have had a passion for filmmaking since a young age. From casting my parents in short films growing up, to livestreaming events and running Film School for kids, I have built up a plethora of film experience, resulting in a strong skillset and work ethic.I studied Film Studies at A-Level, achieving an A*, and am currently working towards a Filmmaking degree at the University of the West of England. While I am here, I hope to broaden my communication skills, as I learn to work alongside others and also strengthen my existing portfolio.From Summer 2020 to Summer 2022, I was the sole Livestream manager at St John the Evangelist Church, Cambridge. This allowed more vulnrable members of the congregation, including the elderly and immobile, to attend worship every Sunday. As the Covid Pandemic became less oppressive, my livestreaming skills were used in a similar fashion to broadcast weddings and funerals.The Offshoot Foundation is a charity based in Suffolk, who organise Film Workshops for Children during the holidays. On multiple occasions, I have been in charge of running these. The most recent example is during the Christmas holidays in 2022; in a group of three I helped to arrange a four day workshop in Newmarket. The Children developed their filmmaking skills, in the production of a Movie Trailer, Stop-motion Animation and Music Video.Meanwhile, I have been adding to my portfolio by creating content around the clock. As well as light-hearted narrative pieces, I have documented issues that I am passionate about. In 2021, made a documentary titled [Honeymakers] on my Godfather Ray, who keeps bees. In 2022, I made a film called [Corre Foc] about the traditional Spanish fire festival and also [I hate Robots], which was a short comedy piece about Autonomous Delivery Robots in Cambridge.
