I have led C-Suite searches across the country and have helped find CEOs in some of the nation’s largest urban school districts, and some amazing small school districts too. In recent years I have led the searches that brought new school superintendents to Portland, Oregon, Richland, Washington; Beaverton, Oregon; Prince George's County, Maryland; and Richmond, Virginia.
