At Imagine Deliver, I worked on two different project teams. My time was split between research and financial projections for Imagine Delivers new internal hiring platform, and improving food security in Ramsey county through administering and analyzing community surveys.

Worked as a innovation scholars consultant for a Norwegian medical device start-up. Throughout January, I was involved with a team of students who researched how and where this product would fit within the US market. Specifically, I researched competitors, distribution partners, growth trends, and identified the products target audience.

In the Minneapolis area, I located target off market properties and analyzed an estimated rent for a given home in order to produce a preferred buying price. After identifying specific properties, I organized market outreach to homeowners to determine who the motivated sellers are.
