The TRD provided rationale for cable and product selections. • Raised numerous LINKPlanner requirements Jiras—Using Jiras instead of TRDs for minor product changes saved review and implementation time.Tested LINKPlanner implementations against requirements—identified and debugged problems before LINKPlanner was released.Created and presented LINKPlanner webinars to end customers, distributors, and value-added resellers.Answered customer questions via public community forum web pages.
