Hello. My name is Hephzibah Tseng! Thank you so much for stopping by. To welcome you, first I would like to say "Hi" to you personally and to introduce myself for a little bite more. I enjoy exploring, learning and trying new things. Because of that, you will find me with different experiences-from small molecular quantitative assays in support of PK/TK clinical studies, to involve with compound characterization process by utilizing LC-UV/MS to support large molecular therapeutic. Even now I am utilizing my LC-MS experience to learn/explore in support our Upstream R&D cell culture media developing team and also support for investigation for our customers. I love problem solving, challenges and try to find the reason behind the problem. That's why you will find me with 8+ years experiences focus on method development (many times with multiple analytes and metabolites) and validation for small molecular and utilized LC-MS/MS to develop quantitative assays for different level of clinical studies. With this many years of method development and validation experiences, I had the opportunity to extend my experience to assist the assays for sample analysis could carry through the clinical testing smoothly, and later involve with identity of impurity profile and intact analysis for raw material/DS/DP to support large molecular therapeutic. I enjoy planning and love to explore around to find a better/more sufficient way to the existing process to organize things better-from big picture down to small details. For that reason, you may also find me with an extended 4+years experiences in sample analysis and even being as a principle investigator to coordinate and manage different phases bioanalysis clinical studies. Even assist and mange projects to ensure the smooth transition and optimize to its better capacity.I'm very thankful to have those opportunities through the years to involve with several different areas in the industry from method development, to validation, and then to sample analysis. Or from small molecule to large molecule and now cell culture media world. From all those, I also learned how to efficiently document to compliance to FDA regulation.Thank for stopping by and taking some time out from your time to get to know me! Wish one day I will have a chance to get to know you, too! Wishing you all the best, and have a wonderful day!
