Responsible for RNA extraction using Qiagen, Hi-Media, TruPCR etc. Centrifuge the samples according to speed and duration of time as required by the protocol. Compare collection tubes and store while ensuring that both tubes and vials are connect and pipette the sample into the correct storage vial.. Verifies that all Bio- Hazardous materials are disposed of in the appropirate containers. Setup and calibrate RNA Extractor machine.. Responsible for the testing of various master mixes that are use in various platforms of RT-PCR analysis that is intended to be used for invitro detection of SARS-CoV2 in respiratory specimens.. Doing the data analysis and interpretation using Bio-rad CFX 96 RT-PCR system. . Performed Antigen test of SARS-CoV2.• Performed ELISA test for the detection of HIV and Hepatitis-B.• Competently perform routine analytical test procedures of blood samples using HPLC instrument.• Prepared controls,diluents according to specific procedures.• Experienced in handling D-10 Haemoglobin testing system machine.• Worked under Hematology deptt. and performed various stain techniques i-e LEISHMAN’S STAIN, MPO STAIN, PERIODIC ACID- SCHIFF (PAS) STAIN, IRON/PERL’S/PRUSSIAN BLUE STAIN.• Performed Sickling test and Reticulocyte count test.• Competently perform routine analytical test procedures of blood samples using Hb – HPLC Electrophoresis instrument.• Experienced in handling D-10 Hemoglobin testing system machine.• Performed Protein Electrophoresis and Immunofixation using SAS-1+ and SAS-2 automated electrophoresis analyzer/processor.
