Manpower and Activity Management

Provides manpower and personnel management support to 67 activities consisting of military, civilian and contractor personnel. Support consists of all facets of billet/position management, including, but not limited to: command-wide billet moves, deletions, additions and a large variety of grade and code changes. Tools utilized include Manpower Change.

Naval Base Coronado

• Directed manning readiness of over 80 US Navy ships, 34 subordinate activities, and 30 other deployable units in several cities.
• Served as primary technical and administrative support to the Assistant Chief of Staff for Manpower and Personnel.
• As senior staff supervisor, ensured physical security and accountability of classified documents, secret computer hard drives, safes and buildings utilized within the N1 directorate.
• Managed, compiled and reviewed various classified and unclassified high-level weekly and monthly briefs, including personnel cross decks, TEMADD Assists, Diverts, CNSP annual CPO Placement Plan as well as the Quarterly.
• Coordinated and executed 2010 Census and American Community Survey for the United States Pacific Fleet. This includes notifying respective unit commanders, arranging security access for census employees and providing.
• Advised and assisted the Staff Inspector General and Commanding Officer, Flag Allowance on a variety of personnel and pay matters and entitlements.
