Cross training personnel to reduce the adverse effect of absentees in a small company. Coordinating efforts of warehouse management and purchasing agent to increase inventory turns while maintaining adequate inventory to provide for customer seasonal demands for building materials. Providing exemplary customer service to earn the loyalty of valued dealers and working with customers to assist in building their businesses.
