University Teaching during every fall-winter semester the course “The Science of Seismology” for graduate students in civil engineering at Central University of Venezuela.Communication skills to convey to my students a deep understanding of complex subjects, during my University Lecturing.As a thesis Tutor, I have also demonstrated Teamwork with my students enabling their critical thinking and problem solving mindset, using Quantitative Research, to resolve the challenges they face in their thesis work.As a professor a key role was to show leadership as a way to achieve engagement with new engineering students so they will understand the value of the Science of Seismology to address the risk that civil structures face when the earth shakes and also integrate to their analysis the Statistics of Earthquake occurrence in a given region.Student Guidance in their learning path in order to contribute to their Curriculum Development.

Coordinate investigation activities, and data analysis related to the seismic activity of the country in order to maintain updated records for the institute.- Led project of modernizing the national seismic network in a 2 phase project: Phase 1: Design and further installation of 40 new seismological stations in order to achieve a reliable seismic catalogue, detecting all seismic activity over 3.0 magnitude in the MW scale, nationwide. Phase 2: Project coordinator, financed by the Venezuelan government, to upgrade the Venezuelan Seismological Network with additional 15 new BB seismic stations, 80 new accelerometer seismic-stations and 10 GPS stations.- Select instrument suppliers based on quality, attribute and budget.
