As a certified professional coach and talent developer, there’s nothing I enjoy more than empowering people to unlock their full potential! Over the past decade, I've coached hundreds of individuals through career transitions, developed strategic partnerships with employers and recruiters, and recruited dozens of alumni for volunteer leadership roles. I've also managed teams in various student affairs units, including career development, alumni relations, and student engagement.
