Responsible for financial processes of Argentina factory, from projects investment evaluation up to financial analysis focused on innovations costs, working capital and capital investment management. Responsible for leading a team composed of 7 people (1 manager, 1 manager trainee, 3 senior analysts and 2 interns). Development of solid talent pipeline.Key responsibilities: - Developing and delivering the Company’s and Southern Cone’s strategy for Operations by leading initiatives and providing accurate information for effective resource allocation.- Delivering and management of targets related to Product Cost, Working Capital, and Capital Expenditure. Annual tobacco purchase negotiation process.- Provide timely and accurate financial insights on the Operations and Finance KPI’s, identifying reasons for variances and contributing to the development of subsequent corrective actions.- Analyze operations and business performance, identifying most important issues and initiatives for discussion with senior management.- Responsible for an effective control environment.

Responsible for implementation in the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Paraguay) of the Supply Chain Finance and Indirect Tax processes, of the most important project in BAT’s history. The aim of this project was standardization and automation of processes, with SAP as a key enabler for this change.Key responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and delivering on time the Supply Chain Finance and Indirect Taxes processes in the Southern Cone Cluster (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Paraguay), with different teams in each country.- Survey of current processes in order to identify differences with global standard processes.- Analyzing impacts on way of working and people, related to changes.- Providing users guidance in the adoption of the new global processes and system.

Key responsibilities:- Responsible for the management and reporting of Product Cost (Fixed and Variables). Variance analysis and proposals to mitigate and improve impacts in the P&L.- Leading the budgetary control of all factory areas. Member of the Cost Management Group, looking for saving and efficiencies within the manufacturing cost and variable cost.- Participation in the Argentina’s factory right-sizing and reallocation.

Key responsibilities:- Responsible for leading a team composed of 8 people with very different profiles.- Responsible for the management, sales control, credit and collection of direct sales (convenience stores, key accounts – more than 35.000 customers)- Control of 250 sellers at country level. Internal audits in the eleven distribution centers across the country.- Financial support to trade through weekly and monthly KPIs.- Analysis of main KPIs (due debt, DSO, credit risk)- Leadership of the Credit Committee.

Key responsibilities:- Responsible for the back-office of BAT Paraguay and BAT Uruguay. Period end closing, general ledger, sales and credit control, accounts payable, treasury and tax payments. Monthly reporting under IFRS GAAP.- Responsible for the accounting team in Argentina (leading a team of 5 people). Period end closing management.- Responsible for issuance of the annual financial statements and special financial statements for capital increase. Coordination with internal and external auditors.

Key responsibilities:- Responsible for coordinating and developing audits of important companies (Cablevisión and Telefónica).- Responsible for the issuance of quarterly and yearend financial statements for submission to the Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ) and Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV)- Analysis and review of reporting package under international standards (IFRS)- Analysis, review and issuance of financial statements under USGAAP for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
