- Developing features that comply with regulatory requirements and guiding principles including risk management by using the agile methodologies- Mapping current business process with product owner to gather and analyze business requirements and identifying future flows to streamline business processes - Collaborate with product owner to create proposed flows and requirements according to consent from top level management for operational improvement and business continuity- Led the creation and refinement of user stories in collaboration with product owners, UI/UX designers, and developers to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Conducted user research and analysis to identify pain points and user needs, translating findings into actionable user stories that drive product enhancements.- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical side, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle- Team up with fellow UI/UX designers, application design, and development teams to incorporate user-centric design principles into product development processes- Monitor and participate in the testing process such as system integration test (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) of new system functionality and beta version testing (BVT) before the application is used publicly

- Manage and monitor all ATM/CRM performance under Bank Mandiri's network (over 848 ATM in Region II) including device operation, vendor management, cash management, maintenance, replenishment and device improvement.- Keep track and ensure all ATM / CRM infrastructure of Bank Mandiri Region II running well to maintain the level of service quality for the customer- Periodically analyze the utilization and productivity of ATM in the Region II using IMS by creating daily, weekly and monthly performance report.- Analyze and provide summarized data and information to top level management periodically for operational improvement (achieve the target of 98% device availability) and business continuity (achieve the target of 7.000 success transactions)- To make sure about the deployment of EDC (Electronic Data Capture), monitor and evaluate all third parties performance, machine transactions, if quadrant of EDC is not good then EDC will be withdrawn from merchants.

Developed a Web based Employee Data Management System For Palembang Public Health Office and Palembang Public Health Center using PHP and MySQL as Team Work. Our team Consist of 3 people, and my role was a web Designer.
