- Technical support for "Shariki" project with Mobily- System Administrator in "NTS" project with Mobily - Quality Assurance For Royal Commission of Yanbu -Responsibilities: - Operation support in the billing module of NTS system for "Mobily" - Admin support for the daily work flow for "Mobily" products/services implementation - "CRM" and "PRM" modules supporting of NTS- Make the test cases and Test case scenarios For the RCY project- Applying these test cases at the project "SIT" and make a daily reports of "bugs"& recommendation- Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time provide daily reports to senior managers on performance- Keeping quality documentation up to date

- Responsible for diesel Generator maintenance and implementation in the generators work rooms - prepare the maintenance plan for each generator
