Regional Sales Manager For Eastern Region
CurrentResponsibilities: - Managing three unit sales managers and whole sales team in different areas of Eastern region - Provide ongoing coaching, organizing, training, motivating and supporting to all unit sales managers to achieve distributors financial goals - Analyzing all sales results and oversee the preparation and distribution of periodic management reports- Assuring that all branches are applying company goals and objectives - Monitor on monthly basis the total distributors sales and market development objectives to all regions- Lead a cross functional team for the design and start up - Responsible of ensuring that all unit sales managers have their personal objectives and KPIs which cascaded down the department deliverable, regularly review performance and provide annual performance rating for direct reporters- Role model the ethics and values of the bossiness, demonstrates cultural sensitivity and maintain high personal visibility - Plan and monitor training needs, provide professional coaching to managers in order to ensure that they have the professional capability to fully deliver in their role and working on a personal development plan- Plan and support talent management and succession planning to ensure that all senior managers have a career plan- Motivate employees and monitor employee satisfaction execute plans to improve it - Achieve budget sales by ensuring the availability and service levels- Control costs within predefined levels as per company guidelines - Maintain operating standards by putting all areas under control to the agreed standards - Optimizing people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity
