As a content moderator at TELUS International, I ensure that the online platforms of our clients are safe, engaging, and compliant with the policies and standards. I review, flag, and remove inappropriate or harmful content, such as hate speech, violence, or misinformation, using various tools and techniques. I also provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of the moderation process and the user experience. I work with a diverse and collaborative team of moderators, managers, and developers, and contribute to the company's mission of delivering high-quality digital solutions.I am also a mechanical engineering student at the University of Duisburg-Essen, who graduated in September 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I have a great interest and passion for embedded engineering science technology, and I have acquired multiple certifications in this field, such as the Embedded System Diplom from AMIT Learning and the Automation and Robotic session from ABB. I have also gained practical experience in product development, sales, and customer service through my internships at Schneider Electric and ABB, where I worked on projects involving motor controllers and basbar parts. I have developed strong skills in account management, Microsoft Office, and problem solving, and I am fluent in Arabic, English, and German need to practice it more. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as an engineer and a professional.
