Define and set delivery standards and quality expectations for all Arabic localization team at Netflix.Develop quality assurance processes to drive the best language variant approach to support a diverse Arabic-speaking audience all across MENA.Drive the Arabic language strategy for the localized product experience in MENA, using localization vendors and creative agencies - by building, training and maintaining translation and review teams for the market.Analyze content data and gain deep knowledge and awareness of product for MENA region and define quality expectations through research, Alpha/Beta testing and Linguistic QA framework.Focus on regional product initiatives and customizations, proactively engage with internal and regional stakeholders to create an optimized and consistent local user experience and ecosystem for MENA members.Provide cultural & linguistic consultancy, localization advocacy, and influence other teams at Netflix in order to deliver the best possible user experience to our Arabic speaking members (and non-members) in MENA.Proactively engage with relevant regional stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, PR, Social, Content) for additional context and insights on high visibility titles and to define the best creative and linguistic approach for top priority content.Work with our International Dubbing team to influence the language strategy of local language dubbed assets for Netflix branded and unbranded content in the MENA region.Work closely with Globalization cross-functional teams to identify risks, anticipate and fix linguistic, product, subtitling and dubbing issues related to MENA region.Work closely with external resources (localization vendors, creative agencies and copywriters) on building a scalable creative workflow for the localization and trans-creation of titles for MENA, as well as Arabic subtitles of Netflix Original and licensed content.

Coordinate a virtual project team consists of different work streams (steering committee, Commercial, GSMs, technology, operations, MIS and Finance) and also working closely with the acquired account counterpart (Account project manager) and their management team.Document high level and detailed process and data flows including relevant policies, which enable upgrade, the current process.Apply quality management techniques to problem analysis and solutions in the project teams.Participate with Technical and Engineering teams to provide feedback on systems designs and developments.Coordinate Critical tasks in the projects plan that may cause risk if failed to the management team within VGE and the acquired account.Work closely with the acquired account to define and implement the scope of work. Then, define the detailed requirement and investigate the feasibility with the different stakeholders.Planning for the critical milestones and highlight any early risks that might affect the delivery date to the project steering committee and account team.Provide the acquired account with a back-up plan that ensures delivery on time to gain the account trust in the account management team (reliability).Manage the pre-launch work-shops between our technology teams and product team to ensure the systems compatibilities and securities restrictions.Ensure good communication flow between team members on project level. Ensure entire teams are regularly updates on the big picture on what has been achieved and delivered within the acquired account.Early Identification for any deviations in the project plan or during implementation so we can have fast corrective actions.Think of creative approaches beyond the normal ones to ease any complexities facing the project launch date.Support the definition of appropriate KPIs and metrics to monitor progress towards the agreed scope of work and later on in the operations.
