I currently lead the contact center and service center operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for the Federal Tax Authority, where I prepare strategies and improvement plans to achieve high ranking in global 7 stars rating.In my previous roles, I have successfully managed the Golden visa operations and process, as well as the quality assurance of the division, for twofour54 Abu Dhabi - Media and Entertainment Hub, and developed new business opportunities and enhanced customer satisfaction for Etihad Airways. I have also acquired multiple skills and certifications in call center, coaching, and customer service, and I am fluent in Arabic and English.
